These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mk33 ("mk33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mk33.ws. These Terms apply to all services offered on the platform including sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other gaming products. Please read these Terms carefully before using any mk33 service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing or using the mk33 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, guidelines, and policies published on the mk33 website from time to time. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

mk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mk33 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, understandings, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the mk33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party when creating an account or placing wagers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the mk33 platform or any affiliated platform for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mk33 or any of its associated entities, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person.

2.1 Age Verification

mk33 employs strict age verification procedures. Upon registration and at any point during the account lifecycle, we may require you to submit valid government-issued identification documents to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending further review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

mk33 targets adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the mk33 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mk33 makes no representation that the services are available or appropriate for use in any specific location outside of its target market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited is done entirely at your own risk, and mk33 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one single account on the mk33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses held within them.

When registering for a mk33 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify mk33 promptly of any changes to your registration information, including changes to your contact details or payment method. mk33 is not responsible for any losses or complications arising from your failure to keep your account information up to date.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mk33 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you actually authorised that specific action.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or application.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your OTP (one-time password) with anyone, including individuals claiming to be mk33 support agents.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact mk33 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, mk33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to complete identity verification before making your first withdrawal or when your cumulative transaction volume reaches certain thresholds. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

mk33 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the mk33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mk33 does not currently accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and free of platform-side transaction fees. mk33 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to any account for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Funds deposited into your mk33 account must only be used for gaming purposes on the platform; they may not be transferred to other users or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made on your behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made in error may not be reversible; contact support immediately if you believe you have deposited funds in error.
• mk33 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or your bank.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within minutes for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. mk33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals that trigger anti-money-laundering review thresholds may be subject to additional checks and processing delays.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the symbol ৳. mk33 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received in a foreign currency, mk33 will convert it to BDT at the prevailing rate, and any conversion fees will be borne by the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mk33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms set out in this section apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise specified, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse Prevention: mk33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, void bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being abused, manipulated, or exploited through coordinated play or other means.
• Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to specific payment methods, game categories, or player segments. Details will be stated in the relevant promotion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using the mk33 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Match-fixing, arbitrage betting across platforms in a manner designed to guarantee a profit while abusing mk33's bonus system, or any other form of professional advantage play that exploits platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through your mk33 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mk33 staff members or other players via any communication channel.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming restriction you have set on your account.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

mk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes from your payment provider.
• At the request of regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions.
• Where mk33 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your mk33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Before your account is closed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed according to our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months and the account holds a positive balance. mk33 will attempt to notify you at your registered email address prior to applying a dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month. If the balance is exhausted, the dormant account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting our support team, subject to re-verification of your identity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mk33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors or delays in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by your payment provider or network conditions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional material.

8.1 Platform Availability

mk33 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime, including maintenance windows, server failures, or network disruptions. Where possible, scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via the platform.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or display of a bet or game round, mk33 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. mk33 is not liable for any bets placed or winnings accumulated during a period of known or suspected malfunction. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all mk33 game categories.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be directed to our support team in the first instance. mk33 is committed to fair resolution of all genuine player disputes and will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.
